Your first fresh bags are shipped within 10 days, then after that on the first week of each month.

What do I get with my subscription?
+You’ll get 3×3 or 5×5 12oz bags of 2 different roasts each month, and 2 postcards with roaster information and brewing guidelines for each roast.
When do we get our beans?
+Your coffee is “ordered to be roasted.” That simply means that once we receive your order, our local roaster partner will roast your coffee freshly within the next week. You can expect your first beans within 10 days of ordering and we’ll send you tracking information once the coffee goes out. From then on, you’ll get your coffee at the start of each month.
How does billing work?
+Your first payment will get you this month’s roast, and we’ll then move your billing date to renew at the end of the month, and every month onward, for next month’s roast.
Do you ship outside of Ohio?
+For corporate offers, we only ship coffee within the state.
What type of roasts do you offer?
+You’ll get two different roasts per month. The most flavorful and strongest coffee beans are generally a light to medium roast, so these are the types of beans our roasters will provide. There are some extremely talented roasters across Ohio, who are adept at balancing sweetness, acidity, and body to provide you with fresh, flavorful beans.
How much coffee can I make?
+1x12oz bag generally provides 20 cups of coffee/double shots. This is using a standard brew ratio of 16:1 for pourover coffee. Everyone is a little different, so if you like your coffee stronger expect to get slightly fewer cups out of this.
Can I pause or cancel any time?
+Yes. You can cancel or simply pause your subscription at any time. Once you sign up, you’ll automatically have an ‘account’ on site, where you can easily edit your subscription.
