Their most beloved roast is the Highlander Grogg, a maple, butterscotch, caramel, and chocolate flavor they call their most popular, hands down. It’s less a seasonal drink and more of a signature: the “pancake breakfast in a cup” customers keep coming back for.

A little known fact: this is tucked inside Higher Gravity brewing at Summit Park. HG Coffee Co. is less ‘brew’ and more ‘cold brew’, known for turning out cozy, dessert-inspired lattes alongside its espresso, cortado, and cappuccino lineup.
